A first for BPC Circuits.

BPC has just received a substantial order for a series of 'blind via two layer printed circuit boards'.
This virtually unique product will be used in the automotive industry with numerous highly prestigious users ,
many of which are household names.

BPC Circuits upgrade its PCB cleaning suite.

In preparation of contracts for audiovisual products worth £1.5million this summer BPC Circuits has upgraded its PCB cleaning suite in conjunction with contractors Rayalon Filter Services.
The suite, which includes a state of the art Kerry ultrasonic cleaning machine and upgraded venting systems, will be put to intensive use in July 2011,when the Company starts work on contracts from India and the United States.

BPC Circuits Ltd have recently installed a custom built 'solder fume extraction' system in their busy assembly workshop.

Design and installed by associate company 'Dust Filter Controls' (CCT) the system incorporates a 2.2kW high pressure fan with 'Vacon" variable speed drive. The solder fumes are removed via a tip extraction unit, this consists of a small pipe that sits neatly and in close proximity to the tip of a standard soldering iron.

The new system has proven to be an overwhelming success and has given the PCB assembly area at BPC Circuits a smoke free and pleasant working environment.
